There are days when all of us have the gloomies. When we are convinced that everything sucks and nothing is going right.
Did you know there is an easy fix?
An Attitude of Gratitude
As corny as this sounds…it works. If you don’t believe me, try it. You have nothing to lose.
Get out a piece of paper, or bring up a new electronic document. Write down the numbers 1 to 20. Now write down 20 things you are grateful for.
Don’t worry about it being “right” or if the things that pop to mind are not the ones you think you should be grateful for. Just write them down. The only rule is that you have to be truly grateful for them. Some of my items are things like soap, chocolate, air conditioning and rocks.
Feeling better? Good. Do it again.
30 Days Of Gratitude
If you really want to get a maximum punch, do this exercise for 30 days, and don’t repeat anything. It’s a challenge, but it will give you an amazing boost.
