Ask The Readers: How Do You Share Video?

Since Facebook bought Drop.io last week, they have announced the service will go away.
Drop.io is (was) a free service where you could drop files and by sending a username/password, others could see the files.
I used Drop.io to share videos I took of my daughter with her grandparents, all of whom live at least 8 hours away. All they had to do was click on the link that was sent via email and they could watch. No extra software, no downloading files, and no dropping videos of my daughter for the whole world to see.
So I’m asking you: how do you share video files with people who are not all that comfortable on the Web?

For all who emailed me, thanks for all the great suggestions! It was interesting to see that Lifehacker asked the same question a bit later. I guess I’m not the only one looking for a new solution.
