For the last week, I have been hitting an energy wall at 4 pm. My brain is foggy and I want nothing more than to nap. I thought it was about sleep, but the truth is, I haven’t been watching my diet well lately.
The truth is, that our physical self is a major player in our productivity game. It’s as important to give the body the right amount of fuel as well as the right type of fuel.
I believe that most people know how to eat well, and if not, there are plenty of resources on the web to help you out. The question I am asking is are you eating right in order to give yourself a productivity boost?
