Do We Have To Be Completely Uncluttered?

I have often wondered what would happen if I had clutter under such control that I would not have any in the house. Everything would have a place and be in that place. Perfection.

Are We Setting Ourselves Up for Failure?

The last word drew my attention. Perfection. The unattainable state. So having all the clutter control is unattainable, and we can make ourselves very unhappy by pursuing it. So why not cut ourselves some slack?

Applying Dieting Principles to Clutter

Everything I have ever read about dieting indicates that you can’t stick to it all the time. You must let yourself have what you want occasionally, in small quantities. Perhaps that applies to clutter?
