Tuesdays are open loop at SimpleProductivity blog.

Guilt can become a problem. The Positivity Blog talks about how to do it in “The Short and Simple Guide to Minimizing Guilt”. It reminds me of a saying of a friend: “Being human is not a character defect.”
Humans are creatures of habit, even if those habits don’t serve. Self Help Daily talks about this in “Time Management: How to Manage Your Time”. Are you spending your time or is your time spending you?
As a web programmer, I found “8 websites you need to stop building” hilarious. It’s over at The Oatmeal.
Dumb Little Man has set of very precise points in “7 Harsh Truths that Will Improve Your Health” The one that shocked me: “You cannot out exercise poor nutrition.”
The dangers of being always available is tacked at Jonathan Fields’s blog (“Smart Phone, Dumb Life?”) He’s got it pegged: we “check in…and in…and in.”
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve run across stuff I’ve forgotten about when cleaning. Lifehacker pointed me to an Unclutterer article: “Ditch Forgotten Items to Purge Hidden Clutter”. After all, if you didn’t remember you had it, how important is it? Couldn’t you get rid of it?
