Summary

BabyCalc, by Douglas Zimmer, calculates the various dates throughout pregnancy..

Overview

Manufacturer: Douglas Zimmer
Platform: Palm
Current Version: Palm: 1.2

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Accurate calculations of dates associated with pregnancy
  • Free
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Not having used the software in 4 years, I do not know if or how it functions on the new devices and OS.

Why Did I Download/Buy This?

When I was pregnant, I needed a reference for the various dates, including trimesters and the due date.

How Do I Use This?

This application allowed me to do some planning. Knowing when the last trimester began allowed me to track my progress through the pregnancy, and also to know that I only had so many more weeks to go. Which is important since I felt it would never end at times. It also allowed me to prepare, setting up the nursery, and getting the house under control.
