Why Did I Download/Buy This?

During my first NaNoWriMo, I had used Microsoft Word. I’m a pretty good hand at the features of Word, but I found myself longing for the WordPerfect for DOS days: black screen, green type, no distractions. I find Word’s interface distracting when I am trying to pump out word count. (It’s so much easier to check word count than actually produce words!)

About that time, I saw an ad for PageFour. The price seemed right, and the screenshots gave me what I was looking for. For the second NaNoWriMo, I used PageFour. I was much more productive.

How Do I Use This?

When I need to write, revise or edit, I use PageFour.
