Someone once said to me that the state of your outside reflects the state of your insides. So if you want to only have one thing on your mind (focus) it would follow that your outside should reflect this state. The surest way to get there is to clear your desk

It doesn’t matter if you put it all in a box and shove it in the closet (temporarily), but I find that if I clear off my desk I have a much better focus on what I am trying to do.

What do you think?
