Single Best Productivity Tip: Simplify

I have long been interested in simplifying things. As my life becomes more hectic, the only thing I can do to stay on top is to simplify. As I read through the blogging world, I see that many people are also heading in that direction. Recently, Leo over at Zen Habits had an article called “The Single Best Productivity Tip”. In a nutshell it was this:
Cut the extra, do what’s left
A very simple concept, but it is hard to do. I am often so wrapped up in getting things done that I don’t stop to consider if these are things that should be done.
