Super Easy Dinner? Oui!

One more take on the easy dinner. If you want something that tastes great, but requires no cooking, try my all-time favorite easy Provencal (French)-inspired dinner: bread, cheese, tapanade and fruit. Of course, all of the ingredients need to be high quality. I can stop at a local specialty store on the way home and pick up fresh artisan bread, beautiful cheese encased in wax, fresh tapanade, and organic fruit. The results are surprisingly delicious!
