This Too Shall Pass: Tip for Happiness

In dark times, it is easy to get wrapped up in short term thinking. We are so mired down in the awful things happening that we don’t necessarily see the light at the end of the tunnel.
A wise lady said to me many times, “This too shall pass.” Everything will pass away. Even those things which seem never-ending.
The thing is, it also applies to happy times. How depressing, you say? To be reminded that the good will pass away too?
No, it is a reminder that we need to take notice of the happy times and enjoy them to their fullest, because we do not know when they will end.
