Agendus is my workhorse. It sits on top of my Palm applications and does the day-to-day stuff of my system. It encompasses five applications: the calendar, the to-do list, the memo pad, the address book, and Palm-based email.
Calendar
One of the reasons I use Agendus is the ability to assign colors and icons to my calendar events. In my week view, I can glance at my schedule and tell exactly what is going on (and by whom).
For example, my family is involved in soccer. So the games and practices are in the calendar, with the category set to the person involved. Each one has a soccer ball icon. For the games, the text is turned the color of the shirts they need to wear that day. So one glance at the calendar tells me time, type and what is needed to be worn.
